Customers who have a contractual relationship with the head office of COOLORANGE S.r.l. in Lana, Italy, shall apply the General Conditions of Contract under Italian law.

The General Conditions of Sale find application to the purchase of any Product listed into the Price list of COOLORANGE, while any customization and/or project involving the Products and/or developer of coolOrange are ruled by the General Terms and Conditions for Software Projects. Those General Terms and Conditions will also apply and must be accepted by the End Customer also if the Project is purchased through a reseller, distributor or sales representative of COOLORANGE.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2020 hat die Gesellschaft die nachfolgenden Subventionen, Zuschüsse, Ämter gegen Entgelt und in jedem Fall wirtschaftliche Vorteile von öffentlichen Verwaltungen und Rechtspersonen gemäß Satz eins, Absatz 125 von Art. 1 des G. 124/2017 erhalten:

Die Gesellschaft hat den Verlustbeitrag gemäß Artikel 25 der Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 34/2020 (sog. „Decreto Rilancio“), sprich einen nicht rückzahlbaren Beitrag in  Höhe von 2.000 Euro mittels direkter Gutschrift der Agentur für Einnahmen nach Vorlage eines speziellen Antrags, der für die Bescheinigung der vom Gesetz      geforderten Voraussetzungen gilt, erhalten.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 hat die Gesellschaft die nachfolgenden Subventionen, Zuschüsse, Ämter gegen Entgelt und in jedem Fall wirtschaftliche Vorteile von öffentlichen Verwaltungen und Rechtspersonen gemäß Satz eins, Absatz 125 von Art. 1 des G. 124/2017 erhalten:

Verlustbeitrag gemäß Artikel 1 der Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 41/2021 (sog. „decreto sostegni“) in Höhe von 24.371 Euro mittels direkter Gutschrift der Agentur für Einnahmen

Automatischer Verlustbeitrag gemäß Artikel 1 der Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 73/2021 (sog. „decreto sostegni-bis“) nicht rückzahlbare Beiträge in Höhe von insgesamt 24.371 Euro mittels direkter Gutschrift der Agentur für Einnahmen;

Ausgleichender Verlustbeitrag gemäß Artikel 1 der Gesetzesverordnung Nr. 73/2021 (sog. „decreto sostegni-bis“) in Höhe von insgesamt 35.801 Euro mittels direkter Gutschrift der Agentur für Einnahmen;

Fixkostenbeitrag von der autonomen Provinz Bozen gemäß dem Beschluss der Landesregierung vom 22.06.2021, Nr. 539 in Höhe von Euro 98.538.
